Growth Engineer at Handoff In this role, you’ll contribute across the stack, shipping features that directly impact activation, onboarding, and retention. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and growth teams to rapidly test, measure, and iterate on experiments that drive meaningful outcomes for our customers. This is an opportunity to apply your engineering skills beyond core product work, bringing a growth mindset to building utilities, integrations, and experiments that support our product\-led growth strategy. **What You’ll Do** * Build features and prototypes across web and mobile to validate ideas quickly * Translate winning experiments into production\-ready features, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance * Integrate with CRM/marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot) to support RevOps workflows, lead management, and onboarding experiments * Partner closely with product, design, engineering, and AI teams to align on requirements and ensure that our solutions deliver cohesive, user\-focused solutions **About You** * Bachelor's degree (or similar) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * 7\+ years of experience as a software engineer, ideally with exposure to growth engineering or experimentation * Proficiency in Typescript, Node and React Native * Experience working with Python, SQL, and cloud\-based architectures * Curiosity and interest in growth engineering: running experiments, building tools, and measuring results * Strong product mindset, with an ability to connect technical work to business outcomes * Experienced in working with design and product teams to deliver cohesive solutions, with clear and proactive communication * Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, startup environment, with a bias toward rapid iteration * Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. **What We Offer** * 💸 Competitive salary in USD * 💰 Attractive stock options * 🌴 Unlimited PTO * 🚛 Relocation allowance * 👨‍💻 Top\-notch equipment * 🧳 Get ready for regular team offsites around the world.
