AI Developer Specialist

**AI Development Specialist** We are seeking an experienced AI Developer Specialist to design, build, and deploy advanced AI solutions, including AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and digital clones. This role is ideal for a hands\-on developer with a deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, and machine learning who can translate cutting\-edge technology into real\-world business value through intelligent, human\-like communication experiences. **Part\-time:** Minimum of 20 hours per week (can grow to more hours or full\-time) **Remote:** Fully remote, CET working hours **Engagement Type:** Independent Contractor **Monthly Rate:** Flexible depending on experience **What You'll Be Doing:** * **AI System Development:** Design, develop, and deploy AI\-driven chatbots, AI clones, and conversational agents using leading LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, etc.). * **Model Customization:** Expertly fine\-tune, prompt\-engineer, and customize large language models (LLMs) to meet specific business requirements for personality, tone, and behavior. * **Integration:** Integrate AI models into applications using APIs and specialized frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch). * **Intelligent Automation:** Develop sophisticated automation solutions to streamline communication and decision\-making processes across workflows. * **Design Collaboration:** Collaborate with product and design teams to define chatbot personas, conversational flows, and overall user experience. * **Performance \& Ethics:** Implement analytics to measure chatbot performance, continuously improve responses through feedback loops, and maintain high standards for data privacy and ethical AI use. **Who You Are:** * 4\+ years of hands\-on experience in AI or machine learning development, with a proven track record building and deploying AI chatbots or virtual assistants in production environments. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of Python, LangChain, FastAPI, and related frameworks. * Proficiency with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). * Expertise in vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS). * Deep understanding of NLP, speech\-to\-text, text\-to\-speech, prompt engineering, model fine\-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation) pipelines. * Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Nice\-to\-Have Skills:*** Experience integrating AI agents into CRMs, web applications, or customer service platforms. * Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) for seamless chatbot interface integration. * Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure). * Familiarity with data visualization or dashboarding tools for performance tracking. **Recruitment Process:** * Initial Interview (HR/Recruiter) * Final Interview (Client) i3iF0fiPZx
