**We’re hiring a full\-time remote DevOps Engineer (Contractor).** We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer with **5\+ years of experience** in designing, building, and optimizing scalable data infrastructure—particularly within **AWS environments**. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, enjoys cross\-functional collaboration, and is eager to contribute to high\-impact, real\-time data platforms. You’ll work closely with our engineering, data, and product teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our critical systems. This role primarily involves rotating between morning and day shifts, as well as participating in on\-call duty rotations. **Responsibilities:** * Build and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows * Configure and manage **Elasticsearch** or **OpenSearch** clusters for advanced search capabilities * Develop infrastructure for secure and efficient data ingestion, transformation, and storage using **AWS** or similar cloud technologies * Implement DevOps best practices across **CI/CD** pipelines and deployment processes * Monitor system health and ensure performance, reliability, and uptime of data platforms * Collaborate with engineers and analysts to integrate data systems into products and decision\-making * Contribute to the implementation of data governance, quality, and security protocols * Automate data flows and infrastructure using **Python** and infrastructure\-as\-code tools **Requirements:** * **5\+ years** of experience in data engineering, data operations, or DevOps * Advanced hands\-on knowledge of Elasticsearch or OpenSearch (setup, tuning, querying) * Strong experience with DevOps tools and practices (**Terraform**, **Jenkins**, **GitHub** Actions, etc.) * Strong proficiency with **Python** for scripting and data automation * Experience with **SQL** and working with both structured and unstructured data (**Postgres, Athena, Parquet, Iceberg**) * Cloud infrastructure experience (preferably **AWS** \- e.g., **S3**, **Lambda**, **EC2**, Glue, Athena) * Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (**Docker, Kubernetes**) * Experience with orchestration platforms like Dagster, Airflow, or similar * Version control knowledge (Git) and experience working in distributed teams * Excellent knowledge of **English**, written and spoken Tipo de vaga: Tempo integral Pagamento: R$6\.000,00 \- R$15\.000,00 por mês Pergunta(s) de seleção: * 1\.
