Full stack Python/FastAPI/React Developer

**Full\-Stack Developer (Python / FastAPI / React / Next.js)** Remote – **Brazil \| Full\-Time (35–40 hrs/week)** Company: **NovumDMS** **About Us** NovumDMS builds software that helps real\-world distributors run smarter and faster. Behind NovumDMS is Insytes LLC, our distributed engineering team based in Brazil and the U.S. Together, we design and build modular systems using Python, FastAPI, React, and Next.js, with PostgreSQL/MongoDB and modern DevOps pipelines. We value clarity, craftsmanship, and collaboration more than buzzwords or bureaucracy. **The Role** We’re looking for a Full\-Stack Developer who can build fast, think clearly, and take ownership from concept through deployment. You’ll work on production systems that support pricing analytics, inventory modeling, and ERP data integrations primarily using FastAPI on the backend and React / Next.js on the frontend. You’ll collaborate daily with our senior engineers, product manager, and U.S.\-based founder. Expect a balance of new feature development, code reviews, and problem\-solving across services that connect to Prophet 21 and other ERP data sources.
