Senior Site Reliability Engineer — DevOps

Apply now to be part of a mission\-critical project. **Responsibilities** * Monitor infrastructure ticketing queues * Troubleshoot infrastructure issues * Coordinate communication and resolution activities * Work on incidents and provide solutions or propose workarounds * Document incident closures * Perform root cause analysis reports and contribute to permanent solution plans * Support development teams in deploying products on cloud infrastructure * Assist development teams in troubleshooting application flow issues related to infrastructure * Plan scheduled activities including stakeholder communication * Document chronological activities and resolution summaries * Manage stakeholder and internal communications including calls * Track KPI/performance for infrastructure and create root cause analysis reports * Ensure root cause analysis and action plans prevent recurring incidents * Meet all infrastructure\-related SLAs and KPIs including uptime, availability, and security **Requirements** * Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps with 3\+ years in similar roles * Advanced knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure * Proven skills in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python * Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes * Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools, specifically Terraform * Solid understanding of computer networks and network security principles * Experience with Windows Server administration and IT security practices * Proven ability to manage cloud infrastructure provisioning and operations * Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills * Effective communication skills to coordinate across teams and stakeholders * Collaborative mindset with excellent self\-organization abilities * University degree in computer science or related field * Fluency in written and spoken English at B2\+ level **Nice to have** * Experience with Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) * Knowledge of SAP system environments and language technology tools * German language skills or other additional languages * Experience with security compliance and data residency regulations * Certification in AWS or Kubernetes administration
