Senior DevOps Engineer – PRTG

**About the role** As an **Senior DevOps Engineer –** **PRTG**, you will make an impact by designing, deploying, and optimizing advanced network monitoring solutions across hybrid cloud and on\-premises environments. You will be a valued member of the IT Infrastructure team and work collaboratively with infrastructure, application, and incident management teams. **In this role, you will:** Deploy, configure, and maintain PRTG monitoring systems across cloud and on\-prem environments. Develop custom sensors and dashboards tailored to business needs. Integrate PRTG with incident management and alerting platforms. Analyze performance metrics and proactively address system bottlenecks. Experience with SNMP, WMI, NetFlow, and other monitoring protocols. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid infrastructure. Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell). Ability to interpret performance data and recommend improvements. **These will help you stand out** Experience developing custom PRTG sensors and dashboards. Proven ability to integrate monitoring tools with incident management systems. Strong collaboration skills with cross\-functional teams. Experience providing training and documentation for monitoring solutions.
