We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Propulsion Integration engineer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: * Work with controls development team, motor controls team and foundation software team and receive the inputs for SW integration for electrified PT vehicles. * Perform SW development, code generation, integration, build and execution of test plans, verification and integration of the BPCM/Power Invertor Module (PIM/MGU/EVCU) with vehicle controllers. * Perform Control Software development – Implement and test process function for DIDs/PIDs, IO controls \& Routines for End of Line testing at plant. * Perform Hybrid Control Processor SW Code Generation and resolve issues with controls team. * Integrate new content from four different functional systems/components (BPCM,HCP, MCP, BSW \& Supplier) into a final flash ready file. * Perform Embedded Controller resource monitoring \& analysis: VRAM, CPU Throughput, ROM/Flash memory. * Measure network parameters using CANoe/CANalyzer and prepare measurement using ETAS\-INCA. * Perform test bench flashing using Lauterbach/Trace32 (embedded debugger testing), INCA, CDA and verification. * Support the One\-Offs and Prototype Builds for quick development and validation of bug fixes during cold\-trip/hot\-trip/altitude testing. Requirements: Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related Engineering degree from an accredited university Minimum 2 years of engineering experience in software development life cycle for automotive and related industries * Minimum 2 years of MATLAB/Simulink experience in code generation using RTW and integration experience with vehicle controllers. * Minimum 2 years of ECU software SW development experience with good trouble shooting knowledge of compiler build files and integration. * Good cross functional working experience within the organization * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Outstanding problem\-solving skills * Preferred Qualifications: * Masters or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering from an accredited university with 2 or more years of experience with development and testing of powertrain controls in hybrid and/or electric vehicles * Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, m\-scripting, Visual Basic Experience with AUTOSAR compliant controller development * Experience in standard controls tools; modeling, simulation, development, testing, validation, verification Familiarity with OBD II Familiarity with the CMMI and/or ASPICE software development processes Join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of revolutionary propulsion systems that power our innovative projects.
