Company: Insight Global Customer Domain: Hospitals and Health Care Location: Remote/Work from Home Working Hours: 8am\-5pm Pacific Standard Time Required Qualifications: \- Minimum 5 years healthcare interface development experience \- Expert knowledge of InterSystems Iris \- Comprehensive understanding of HL7 v2 message types \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills \- Experience with interface engine technologies \- Healthcare domain expertise \- FHIR APIs Nice to Have Qualifications: \-Epic bridges certification About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Interface Developer to join our critical healthcare integration team, supporting over 400 SFTP interfaces and hundreds of real\-time HL7 and FHIR interfaces. Key Responsibilities: \- Manage and maintain complex healthcare system interfaces \- Perform gap analysis between disparate healthcare systems \- Interpret and implement HL7 v2 message specifications \- Monitor and manage FHIR API changes and potential downstream impacts \- Participate in weekly technical support calls \- Rotate through on\-call support responsibilities \- Communicate complex technical details to business stakeholders
