SDET Tech Lead at BairesDev Join as an SDET Tech Lead, overseeing the technical aspects of test automation. With your in\-depth knowledge of software development and testing principles, you'll guide a team of SDETs in building and maintaining robust test automation frameworks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in testing. What you will do \- Define and implement technical strategies and frameworks for test automation and quality assurance. \- Lead and manage a team of SDETs, setting objectives, and conducting performance reviews. \- Facilitate collaboration between QA, development, and other departments to enhance software quality. \- Oversee the development and maintenance of advanced automated testing systems and infrastructure. \- Drive continuous improvement in test automation practices, tools, and processes. \- Advocate for best practices in quality assurance and test automation across the organization. What we are looking for \- 7\+ years of experience in software development and testing. \- Proficient in leading test automation projects and guiding junior SDETs. \- In\-depth knowledge of advanced testing methodologies and best practices. \- Strong experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines with integrated testing. \- Expertise in both technical and managerial aspects of quality assurance. \- Skilled in stakeholder management and technical decision\-making. \- Advanced level of English.
