Full Stack Engineer

**Software Engineer (Fintech Engineering) – LATAM** 📍 **Location:** São Paulo, Brazil (Onsite Tue–Thu) ⏱️ **Duration:** 6 months (contract with extension potential) 💰 **Compensation:** R$25,000 per month **What You’ll Do** * Design, develop, test, and support scalable applications serving Finance and Tax teams globally. * Partner with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Build and maintain RESTful APIs and internal/external UI portals. * Integrate with ERP and financial systems to ensure seamless data flow and compliance. * Collaborate with global engineering, product, and business teams to align on design, architecture, and delivery. * Ensure system reliability through proper QA, testing, and post\-launch support. **What We’re Looking For** * **6–8 years** of experience as a **Fullstack Software Engineer** , ideally with a strong **backend focus** . * **Proficiency in Java and Python** (core languages used in production systems). * Strong knowledge of **Relational Databases** (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL). * Experience in **building RESTful APIs** and **developing UI portals** . * Familiarity with **on\-premise or SaaS ERP applications** (Workday or Oracle; Workday Studio experience a plus). * Understanding of **financial systems or tax domain applications** . * Experience working in **Agile/Scrum methodologies** (2\-week sprints). * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills, with high attention to detail. * Ability to communicate clearly in **English (fluent required)** and collaborate effectively across global teams.
