We are a rapidly growing organization with clients from Fortune 500 companies to leading Silicon Valley tech startups. **Responsibilities** * Build and maintain custom websites using WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow * Develop secure, scalable, and high\-performance web solutions using PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6\+) * Collaborate with designers, product managers, and cross\-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions * Implement and manage technical and on\-page SEO best practices, including Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and site speed optimization * Troubleshoot and resolve compatibility and performance issues across browsers and devices * Manage hosting, domain configurations, and infrastructure (e.g., Kinsta, WPEngine, Cloudflare) to ensure optimal uptime and security * Document code and development processes to ensure maintainability and collaboration * Apply UI/UX principles to ensure visually cohesive and user\-friendly designs **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio of delivered projects * Deep expertise in WordPress development with advanced skills in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6\+) * Proficiency in Elementor for building responsive, optimized, and visually consistent page layouts * Solid understanding of technical and on\-page SEO * Familiarity with hosting platforms, domain management, and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager) * Strong problem\-solving skills and proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues * Excellent English communication and collaboration skills * High attention to detail and quality assurance mindset **Salary \& Benefits** * $2,700\- $3,400 USD/month depending on skills, experience and location. * 15 Days Paid Time Off \+ Christmas Day \+ New Year's Day Paid Off **This position is paid in USD, which is approximately R$14,500–R$18,200 BRL depending on the current exchange rate.
