With our core education program management solution, we help medical schools and other health professions programs optimize the complex processes and critical components of their curriculum and student assessments to generate data\-driven insights needed to graduate competent future healthcare professionals. With our fast\-growing data and insights solution, Analytics, we leverage critical integrations with our data warehouse and powerful dashboards to provide medical schools with deep insights and intelligence on student and program performance, powering real\-time decision\-making and continuous quality improvement. **What You’ll Be Doing** * Write, test, and deploy production\-ready code. * Take ownership of user stories end\-to\-end, from design to release. * Work closely with product managers, designers, and peers to shape and ship features quickly. * Join sprint ceremonies, demos, and code reviews to share ideas and stay connected. * Debug issues, improve performance, and keep quality high while moving fast. * Help evolve our shared standards and engineering practices. **Your Experience \& Skills** * Hands\-on experience building and maintaining modern web applications in an agile environment. * Experience using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tooling to build and ship real\-world software. * Comfortable working in remote teams — proactive communicator who asks good questions and stays connected. * Strong debugging skills and an end\-to\-end problem\-solving mindset. * Available for at least four hours of overlap with team core hours (typically 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Pacific, Mountain, or Eastern Time). * Reliable setup for remote collaboration — stable high\-speed internet and a quality headset for clear calls. Proficient in: * Back\-end: Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, REST APIs, AWS (Lambda, ECS, SQS, DynamoDB, etc.) **How You’ll Succeed Here** Success isn’t just about writing good code — it’s about how you collaborate and contribute. * Ramp up quickly, contribute meaningful code within your first week. * Take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks — follow work through from start to finish. * Proactively check in, ask for feedback, and collaborate to align your work with team goals. * Seek out reviewers, handle deployments responsibly, and know when to ask for help to stay unblocked. **Compensation: $19\-22USD/hr** **Role Type: Contractor**
