Full Stack Developer - Senior | Remote

Our client connects healthcare facilities with local professionals who can work unfilled shifts. Patients get improved care, and nurses get more flexibility and higher pay. Roles \& Responsibilities * Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the stack: PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. * Develop and maintain scalable mobile applications using React Native. * Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js. * Create dynamic, responsive user interfaces using React.js for seamless user experiences. * Design, develop, and maintain end\-to\-end AI systems and pipelines * Build and deploy models for recommendation engines, document understanding, and voice\-based applications * Work with modern AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit\-learn) for model development, training, and evaluation * Design and manage PostgreSQL database, including schema design, queries, and performance optimization. * Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth). * Optimize applications for performance, speed, and cross\-browser compatibility. * Debug and resolve issues across the stack to ensure smooth functionality. * Integrate third\-party APIs and services to enhance application features. * Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. * Deploy applications and manage CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps. * Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices. * Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s knowledge\-sharing initiatives. **Requirements** * At least 7 years of experience in MERN stack. * Experience with creating APIs, and modern interactive web and mobile applications. * At least 7 years of experience working with PostgreSQL * 3\+ years of hands\-on experience in machine learning development * Strong experience with ML model training, evaluation, and deployment Bonus * Background in healthcare, staffing, or marketplaces
