We started our AI journey in 2022 with the help of leading AI and ML engineers we've recruited over the years. Having initially bootstrapped the project, we recently closed our pre seed funding round, and we're now building the next generation of our platform \- moving from our successful MVP v1 to a comprehensive v2 that we believe will transform the recruiting space. The Role: * Take AI\-generated code and integrate it into a clean, production\-ready stack * Collaborate directly with the founders and CTO to build out our v2 platform * Lead feature development: AI\-powered matching, onboarding, real\-time LLM chat, and more * Ensure production\-grade quality with solid testing (Playwright, Jest, Artillery.js) * Bring a leadership mindset to architecture, scaling, and cross\-functional input * Thrive in an AI\-augmented coding environment using Claude (Windsurf), Copilot, and Cursor Requirements: * 7\+ years Full Stack experience * Mastery of our stack: React (TypeScript), Node.js (Express), Zustand, React Query, Prisma * Expertise with AI dev tools like Claude (via Windsurf), GitHub Copilot, Cursor * Production\-ready AWS experience (especially ECS) and containerized workflows (Docker) * Deep knowledge of LLM APIs for content generation, summarization, and chat * Prior startup experience and strong independent decision\-making ability * Testing experience: Playwright, Jest, Artillery.js Bonus skills: * AI/ML product development experience * Open source contributions related to AI tooling * Experience with PGvector, TTS/STT API integration Why this role rocks: * Innovative Workflow: Work side\-by\-side with AI to build smarter, faster * Big Impact: Your work will directly shape our next\-gen product * Growth\-Oriented: Contract\-to\-hire with strong full\-time potential * Vision\-Driven Team: We care about mission, inclusion, and quality over ego 🔁 3 Month Contract\-Hire \| Report to CTO \| Build with Purpose *Source Coders is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
