Brunel is seeking an **Application Developer** to work a permanent position, in a hybrid regime (3x2\), in Rio de Janeiro (RJ). **Job Responsabilities:** * Work closely with system analyst and business users to understand their business requirements and translate them into system requirements and use cases. * Configure and customize NAV/BC according to agreed solution design to address the business requirements. * Design \& develop system integrations between NAV/BC with external systems/apps and/or with another instances of NAV/BC. * Provide technical advice and carry out development tasks throughout project lifecycle, including solution design, development, risk assessment, testing, deployment, and post\-implementation support of mainly but not limited to NAV/BC. * Be the champion mainly for, but not limited to, C/AL of NAV and AL of BC. * Researching and developing skills in other programming languages/platform will also be required on case\-to\-case basis when necessary for extending the functionalities of NAV/BC. * Collaborate with system analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. * Stay up\-to\-date on the latest features, updates, and best practices related to NAV/BC and trends and knowledge in other areas other than NAV/BC that can potentially be relevant and share knowledge with the team as necessary. * Provide assistance to the application support as an escalation point when relevant changes or advance troubleshooting and system fixes are required. * Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end\-users, including diagnosing and resolving system issues, performance tuning, and optimization. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business IT or similar fields of study. * 5 years of hands\-on experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting NAV and/or BC. * Strong technical skills in NAV/BC development, including proficiency in C/AL, AL, Visual Studio Code, and SQL Server basic database administration. * Experience with NAV/BC extension developments, web services APIs, and system integrations with third\-party applications. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system solutions. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels. * Microsoft certification in NAV/BC (e.g., MB\-800, MB\-700, MB\-500\) is an advantage. * Experience with Agile/Scrum project methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps is an advantage. * Experience with other Microsoft development platforms such as Power platform (Power Apps, Power Platform), Visual Studio (.NET) is an advantage. * Advanced English
