Solutions Engineer - Payment Systems

Location: 2537, Avenida Paulista, Sao Paulo. Salary package: up to $25,000 BRL per month About the Role: We're seeking a Solutions Engineer to own the end\-to\-end delivery of our key projects in the Brazilian market. You'll be the crucial link between our business strategy and technical execution, ensuring our solutions are robust, compliant, and successfully launched. Key Responsibilities: \-Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions for our international sites, managing the entire delivery lifecycle. \-Drive key projects, focusing on compliance, risk identification, and solving complex technical challenges. \-Collaborate with cross\-functional teams and international vendors to upgrade systems and ensure project success. \-Analyze user needs to develop scalable, standardized solutions that enhance our core product capabilities. Who You Are: \-Fluent in Portuguese and English – this is essential for daily communication. \-MUST be someone with a financial background \-You have 3\+ years in solutions engineering, with a background in Java and data skills (SQL/Python). \-You have hands\-on experience in payments, wallets, or e\-commerce. \-You're a strong project manager and communicator, skilled at driving results in a fast\-paced, cross\-cultural environment.
