Full-Stack Developer (SQL Server)

We’re seeking a Full\-Stack Developer with in\-depth SQL Server experience to assist in maintaining and extending a mission\-critical system that integrates complex business logic and high\-volume data processing. You’ll be primarily working on a platform that processes sensitive patient\-related data with existing **SQL Server Stored Procedures** inherited from a software acquisition. **Responsibilities** * Extend and optimize complex **SQL Server Stored Procedures** containing extensive business logic. * Manage and tune large SQL Server databases for performance, scalability, and reliability. * Design and develop new backend features using **Node.js** and **C\#** within the existing architecture. * Build and maintain **React** \-based frontend components for data visualization and business workflows. * Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design efficient database\-driven solutions. * Implement and monitor data integrity, backups, and recovery strategies. * Document and refactor legacy data logic where necessary. **Requirements** * Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2016 or newer). * Strong background in **T\-SQL development** , performance tuning, and DBA tasks. * Proven experience building applications with **Node.js** and **React** . * Working knowledge of **C\# / .NET** for integration with legacy systems. * Solid understanding of **RESTful APIs** , **authentication/authorization flows** , and **data modeling** . * Experience with large datasets, complex joins, and performance optimization. * Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication skills and customer facing skills. **Nice to Have** * Experience in **healthcare or patient data processing** systems. * Experience migrating logic from **Stored Procedures** into application code.
