Sr. Golang, React, Typescript Full-Stack developer

**Polanov Tech is Hiring: Senior Full\-Stack Developer (Golang, React, TypeScript)** **Type:** Full\-time, Contractor **Location:** Remote – LATAM Preferred **Compensation:** $27 – $29 USD per hour **Time Zone:** Must align with Arkansas (CST) business hours **Equipment Requirement:** Mac (2021 or newer) with at least 16 GB RAM **About the Role** Polanov Tech is seeking a **Senior Full\-Stack Developer** with strong experience in **Golang, React, and TypeScript** to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will architect, develop, and maintain high\-performance and scalable systems that power critical applications. You’ll work closely with cross\-functional teams to design innovative solutions, ensure exceptional code quality, and optimize systems for performance and reliability. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using **Golang** . * Build and enhance responsive front\-end applications using **React** and **TypeScript** . * Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features. * Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure maintainability and adherence to best practices. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. * Continuously optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability. **Qualifications** * **5\+ years** of professional experience as a Full\-Stack Developer. * **Strong proficiency in Golang** , with experience building scalable backend systems. * **Hands\-on experience with React and TypeScript** in production environments. * Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud\-based architectures. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control (Git). * Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in distributed teams across time zones. * Familiarity with PostgreSQL, GraphQL, or gRPC. * Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. **Why Join Polanov Tech?** * 100% remote opportunity – collaborate with talented professionals across LATAM. * Competitive hourly rate and long\-term engagement potential. * Innovative projects using modern tech stacks and best engineering practices.
