Wonderful enables enterprises to build, test, deploy, and monitor AI agents for their most complex needs, serving customers and employees seamlessly across voice, chat, email, and back\-office systems in any language or cultural context. Role Overview: * Build, test and deploy AI agents on the Wonderful platform for enterprise customers * Write and design prompts, and implement functions that guide AI agents across voice, chat, and email. * Collaborate closely with Account / Program Management teams and enterprise customers to understand customer needs and existing workflows \- and turn them into scalable AI solutions. * Connect agents to customer APIs, databases, and internal tools in TypeScript so they can execute real\-world tasks end\-to\-end. * Deliver results under tight deadlines, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and challenges. Requirements: * 2\-6 years of software development experience (ideally backend). * Strong understanding of networking, HTTP, APIs, and authentication mechanisms. * Ability to learn complex customer systems quickly and translate them into technical solutions. * A flexible, problem\-solving mindset with the passion for working under pressure. * Bonus points for AI experience and/or startup experience.
