Software Engineer – Python & Snowflake | Fluent English

We're looking for an Software Enginner to join a short\-term project (approx. 3 months) focused on verifying the integration between Python applications and Snowflake AI services (Cortex LLM / Cortex Analyst). The goal is to build and test an MCP server that serves as a unified interface layer, allowing AI agents to interact with multiple data tools through a standardized and decoupled architecture. ### **Project Scope:** * Develop a Python application (based on **LangGraph**) running inside a **Snowflake Container**. * Implement an **MCP server** responsible for authentication and routing (e.g., cortex\_analyst.run, cortex\_llm.chat) to Snowflake via REST API or SQL endpoints. * Simulate external database connections and validate integration behavior within a controlled environment (no real external DB connection). ### **Must\-Have Skills** * Proven experience with **MCP implementation** or similar external connectivity projects. * Experience with Python and * Experience with **containerized applications** (Docker / Snowflake Container Services). * Familiarity with **API integration** and **configuration management** (YAML / JSON). * Understanding of **Snowflake** or similar data platform connection structures. ### **Nice\-to\-Have Skills** * Familiarity with **LLM workflow orchestration** (LangGraph, MCP client patterns). * Ability to design **routing** or **intent\-handling logic** between tools.
