**About the Role:** We are seeking a proactive DevOps Engineer with a strong foundation in AWS infrastructure, automation, and platform tooling, combined with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. This role involves driving automation of deployments, managing containerized environments with Kubernetes, and applying SRE principles to enhance system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and maintain scalable, highly reliable AWS infrastructure following SRE best practices. * Automate end\-to\-end deployment pipelines (CI/CD) for fast, reliable, and repeatable software releases. * Build platform tooling and automation scripts (Python, Go, Bash) to optimize deployment processes and infrastructure management. * Develop and maintain Infrastructure\-as\-Code using Terraform or CloudFormation for repeatable cloud resource provisioning. * Collaborate with engineering teams to embed automation and observability into the software delivery lifecycle. * Manage Kubernetes clusters (preferably AWS EKS), automating deployment, scaling, monitoring, and incident responses. * Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to proactively detect and resolve system issues. * Apply SRE practices such as SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and blameless postmortems to improve reliability and incident management. * Enforce security best practices across automated workflows, including secrets management and access control. * Participate in on\-call rotations and incident response, leveraging automation to reduce manual toil. **Qualifications:** * 3–6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles with strong AWS expertise. * Demonstrated experience in automating deployments and building platform tooling for improved reliability and efficiency. * Proficient in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Go, or Bash. * Skilled in Infrastructure\-as\-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation). * Experienced with Kubernetes cluster management, preferably AWS EKS. * Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline design, deployment strategies, and monitoring/observability tools. * Solid understanding of SRE concepts, including service\-level indicators/objectives (SLI/SLO), error budgets, and incident management workflows. * Strong grasp of cloud networking, security, identity, and access management. * Effective collaborator with cross\-functional development and operations teams. **Preferred Skills:** * Familiarity with GitOps, service mesh, and serverless architectures. * Experience in cloud cost optimization. * Background in fast\-paced SaaS startups or scale\-ups. **Requirements:** * Business\-level English proficiency required. * Resume **must** be submitted in English to be considered.
