Senior Neo4j Developer

We are seeking a seasoned **Neo4j Developer** to collaborate with the client’s engineering teams to design and implement innovative solutions for multiple use cases using graph database technology. This role requires deep expertise in Neo4j, data modeling, and performance optimization to deliver scalable and effective solutions.   **Responsibilities** * Develop and optimize graph data models to ensure scalability, performance, and data integrity for various use cases * Translate complex business requirements into graph entity designs and technical architecture * Write and optimize Cypher queries to enhance query performance and minimize data retrieval latency * Manage Neo4j database environments, including configuration, backups, security, and monitoring for optimal performance * Integrate Neo4j solutions with existing systems, data pipelines, and APIs in the enterprise ecosystem * Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, data integrity issues, and technical challenges within the Neo4j environment * Prepare detailed documentation for graph data models, query structures, and architecture to ensure clarity and maintainability   **Requirements** * At least 3 years of demonstrated experience developing, deploying, and managing solutions using Neo4j * Expertise in Cypher query language with the ability to write and optimize complex queries * Strong background in graph data modeling and database design principles * Proficiency in at least one object\-oriented programming language, such as Java, Python, or C\# * Proven experience handling large\-scale and complex graph datasets for enterprise solutions * Knowledge of Neo4j’s extended ecosystem, including tools like Neo4j Bloom, Neo4j Aura, and APOC * Prior experience in client\-facing roles or consulting engagements is a plus   **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
