Based in Garopaba, SC, Agroforestree is dedicated to advancing practices that benefit both people and the planet. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role located in Garopaba, SC, for a Shopify Application Developer. The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom Shopify applications and integrations. Daily tasks include writing clean, efficient, and scalable code, troubleshooting and debugging Shopify APIs, implementing third\-party integrations, and collaborating with cross\-functional teams to enhance the user experience and functionality. The role also involves ensuring compliance with coding standards and staying up\-to\-date with emerging Shopify development practices. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in Shopify app development and Liquid template language * Experience with front\-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js * Knowledge of back\-end technologies, including Node.js, PHP, or Ruby * Familiarity with Shopify APIs, webhooks, and third\-party integrations * Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem\-solving skills * Understanding of eCommerce workflows and user interface best practices * Ability to work collaboratively in an on\-site team environment * Critical thinking and communication skills * Experience in sustainable or agricultural industries is a plus * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
