Web Developer – AI Tools & WordPress Specialist (Part-Time)

We’re a builder‑led, client‑first culture that prizes ownership, clear communication, and shipping high‑impact work. **Note:** Please submit your resume in English, as all application materials must be in English for review and consideration. **Position overview:** We’re seeking a talented Web Developer – AI Tools \& WordPress Specialist to join our team in a part\-time capacity, and help drive next\-generation website development using Claude Code, Cursor, and WordPress. In this role, you’ll blend traditional development expertise with AI\-assisted workflows to build, optimize, and maintain high\-performance websites. You’ll collaborate with designers, engineers, and project leads to accelerate development, streamline processes, and deliver innovative web experiences that leverage the latest in AI\-powered tools. **Responsibilities:** * Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. * Use Claude Code and Cursor for AI\-assisted coding, refactoring, and documentation. * Build responsive, accessible, and performant front\-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React, Next.js, or Vue preferred). * Optimize website performance, SEO, and accessibility across devices. * Collaborate with design and content teams to implement new features and updates. * Participate in version control (Git/GitHub), testing, and peer review workflows. * Maintain clear documentation and best practices for AI\-assisted development. * Stay up to date with trends in web technologies and AI\-enhanced coding. **Requirements:** * Proven experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites. * Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Next.js, or Vue). * Strong understanding of PHP and WordPress theme/plugin architecture. * Hands\-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI\-assisted coding tools. * Ability to collaborate effectively with AI tools for debugging, optimization, and documentation. * Solid grasp of website performance, accessibility, and SEO principles. * Experience integrating external APIs and managing data workflows. * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and documentation skills. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with Python or TypeScript. * Familiarity with UI/UX frameworks. * Understanding of AI\-assisted automation and its applications in web workflows. **Benefits:** * Fully remote * Flexible Schedule * Worldwide recognized clients to build skills for an excellent resume * Top\-notch team to learn and grow with **Salary:** USD $550 monthly range; Part\-time role Background checks may be required for certain positions/projects.
