As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company. **Responsibilities** * Establish and follow software development best practices and an engineering culture. * Participate in the definition, design and development of the next generation of Alphabet's risk and compliance products. * Work with both back\-end and front\-end, learning the main technologies in Google's software development stack. * Work closely with our UX team to ensure our products reflect Product Excellence and are accessible. * Make our team a welcoming team which has respect built in it.
