You’ll be hands\-on, sitting alongside other engineers, product thinkers, and compliance experts in São Paulo, solving complex problems with clean code, sharp design, and the kind of teamwork that only happens in person. ⚙️ **What You’ll Do:** * **Design and scale** Java microservices that process payments, settlements, and reconciliations in real time. * **Integrate** with global and local banking APIs — from SWIFT and SEPA to regional payment systems. * **Build reliability in** with event\-driven design (Kafka), transaction integrity, and fault\-tolerant services. * **Collaborate cross\-functionally** with DevOps, Product, and Compliance to ensure secure, compliant systems. * **Shape the technical direction** through code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentorship. 🧠 **What You Bring:** * 8\+ years of **Core Java** , **Spring Boot** , and **Spring Cloud** experience in complex, distributed environments. * Expertise in **Kafka** , **PostgreSQL** , and ORM tools (Hibernate, JPA, or MyBatis). * Strong background in **microservices** , **API design** , and **containerized environments** (Docker, Kubernetes). * A solid grasp of **testing frameworks** , **CI/CD** , and **security principles** (OAuth 2\.0, OpenID Connect). * Experience in **fintech, banking integrations** , or **payment systems** is a strong advantage. * Fluent in English, collaborative by nature, and comfortable leading by doing. 🔍 **Interview Process:** 1. **Technical Test** – A focused challenge that reflects the kind of real\-world problems we solve daily. 2. **Conversation with IT Team Lead** – Deep dive into your technical reasoning, architecture thinking, and coding philosophy. 3. **Discussion with the CEO** – A talk about impact, ownership, and where you want to take your career. 4. **Final Chat with HR** – Culture, growth, and next steps.
