Lead React Native Engineer

No office politics, no hidden agendas \- just people who care about doing good work together and supporting each other to get there. **Requirements** **Your Responsibilities** * Architecting, building, and maintaining high\-performance, reusable, and reliable React Native applications for both iOS and Android * Leading a team of React Native developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews * Collaborating with cross\-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to define, design, and ship new features * Ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application * Identifying and correcting bottlenecks, fixing bugs, and ensuring the application is running smoothly * Implementing and maintaining robust unit, integration, and end\-to\-end tests * Researching and implementing new technologies and best practices to improve development efficiency and application quality * Maintaining documentation and promoting knowledge sharing within the team * Participating in the entire application lifecycle, from conception to deployment **What We're Looking For** * 5\+ years of experience in mobile development with a focus on React Native * Proven experience in architecting, building, and maintaining high\-performance, reusable, and reliable React Native applications for both iOS and Android * Strong technical leadership experience, including providing guidance, mentorship, and conducting thorough code reviews for a team of React Native developers * Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working effectively with cross\-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers) to define, design, and implement new features * Deep understanding of application performance optimization, quality assurance, and responsiveness best practices * Expertise in identifying and resolving application bottlenecks, debugging, and fixing bugs to ensure smooth application operation * Proficiency in implementing and maintaining robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end\-to\-end tests * Demonstrated ability to research, evaluate, and implement new technologies and best practices to enhance development efficiency and application quality * Commitment to maintaining comprehensive documentation and promoting knowledge sharing within the development team * Experience participating in and contributing to the entire application development lifecycle, from initial conception through to deployment * English: Upper\-Intermediate or higher **Nice\-to\-have:** * Experience in crypto \& blockchain development (e.g., wallets development) **Benefits** Why people stay **First, the foundation:** * Remote flexibility: Work where and how you work best \- we trust you to deliver * Fair compensation: Competitive salary \+ benefits that matter (medical, wellness, learning) **Then, the growth:** * Ownership opportunities: See a problem worth solving?
