We are looking for a dynamic and detail\-oriented Power BI \& Power Automate Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in building data visualizations and automating workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and streamline operations through automation. **Key Responsibilities** **Power BI:** * Develop and maintain **dashboards, reports, and data models** using Power BI. * Perform **data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)** using Power Query. * Write advanced **DAX expressions** for calculated columns and measures. * Ensure **data accuracy** , optimize performance, and design user\-friendly interfaces. * Collaborate with business teams to understand and implement reporting requirements. **Power Automate:** * Design and implement **automated workflows** to improve business processes. * Integrate flows with **Microsoft 365 apps** (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel). * Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize flow performance. * Maintain documentation and provide support for automation solutions. **Required Skills** * Strong proficiency in **Power BI** (DAX, Power Query, data modeling). * Experience with **Power Automate** (cloud flows, connectors, approvals). * Good understanding of **Microsoft 365** and **SharePoint Online** . * Familiarity with **SQL** and relational databases. * Ability to translate **business needs into technical solutions** . * Strong **problem\-solving** and **communication skills** . * Advanced English.
