AI Application Engineer

What your new challenge will look like* Design, develop, and implement AI\-driven applications and services that address complex business challenges and generate value for customers. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, including product managers, data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to translate business requirements into AI\-based solutions. * Develop, integrate, and deploy AI models, algorithms, and APIs into scalable AI agentic designs * Contribute to AI architecture design, including model selection, data pipelines, deployment strategies, and scalability considerations. * Collaborate on the deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI\-based solutions in cloud\-native, production environments. Why you belong at 4flow* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field. * 2\+ years of hands\-on experience in developing and deploying AI\-driven applications in real\-world environments. * Strong programming skills in Python with experience building production\-grade, maintainable software. * Practical experience with AI/ML frameworks * Solid understanding of AI/ML algorithms, model training, evaluation, and optimization techniques. * Experience with RESTful APIs, AI model serving, and microservices\-based architectures. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud\-native AI application deployment. * Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and MLOps best practices is a strong advantage. * Experience with data pipelines, feature engineering, and integrating AI models into backend systems is a plus. * Experience with AI agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen) is a plus * You communicate confidently in English * You are available to work in a hybrid model at our Campinas office Your personal skills:* Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with a solution\-oriented mindset. * Ability to work across technical and business teams. * High motivation, flexibility, and resilience, with a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies. * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team on complex AI initiatives. * Genuine motivation to contribute to 4flow’s success and alignment with company culture and values.
