YOUR ROLE Capgemini Engineering is searching for a Senior Storage e Backups Engineer to strengthen our teams in Lisbon: * Operating systems (RHEL based, Ubuntu, Windows Server) system administration. * SAN and Storage Administration. * Commvault backup administration. * Backup backend Administration (Fujistu Eternus, DELL Datadomain). * Hardware and systems essential knowledge (Servers, Switching). * Basic TCP/IP networking knowledge. * Bash/Python scripting experience. YOUR PROFILE * Minimum experience of 5 years in Storage e Backups, in operating systems and system administration. * Bachelor’s degree in electrical/telecommunication engineering or any related field. * Knowledge in Networking (concepts). * Knowledge of Operating Systems (Linux, Unix, MS Windows Server). NICE TO HAVE * Other backup Administration background (e.g. DELL PowerProtect Data Manager, Veritas Netbackup). * Devops based working mindset (Git based workflows, configuration as data/ IaC, CI/CD pipelines). * Terraform and Ansible working proficiency. * Focused and collaborative person. * Capacity to specify and deliver production ready architecture/designs. * Focused and collaborative person. * Good level of English.
