Senior React Engineer (LATAM | English C1/C2)

**We’re looking for a Senior React Engineer** to join one of our U.S.\-based partner teams as part of an embedded engineering unit. You will work on complex, high\-impact applications—often within industries such as finance, insurance, or other data\-heavy domains—collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to quickly understand and contribute to existing codebases and systems. **Who We’re Looking For** **A developer who:** * Builds clean, scalable, maintainable React applications * Understands complex systems and can onboard quickly * Can collaborate with cross\-functional teams in English (C1/C2\) * Is reliable, consistent, and committed — no flakiness * Thrives in fast\-paced, structured environments * Can contribute technically and communicate clearly **Qualifications \& Experience** **Required:** * **7\+ years of professional software engineering experience** * **Strong expertise in React.js** and the React ecosystem * Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6\+), TypeScript * Experience integrating with REST APIs or GraphQL * Ability to work with existing systems and architectures * Solid understanding of component patterns, state management, and performance * Experience with Git workflows, CI/CD, and code reviews * **English C1/C2** — strong communication and collaboration * Ability to work independently and within an embedded team **Nice to Have (Bonus):** * Experience in **fintech** or financial systems (highly valued but not required) * Experience with Node.js or backend services * Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Experience writing automated tests (Jest, Cypress, etc.) * Understanding of accessibility and security best practices * Experience with enterprise\-scale systems **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain high\-quality React applications * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (PM, Design, Backend) * Understand existing systems and contribute to new features and improvements * Participate in technical discussions, planning, and code reviews * Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability * Troubleshoot and resolve production and integration issues * Adapt quickly to project needs and changing requirements * Follow best practices, patterns, and engineering standards * Communicate progress and blockers clearly **What We Offer** * Competitive **USD rate** * **Opportunity to work on impactful U.S. projects in evolving industries** * **Fully remote role aligned with U.S. EST time zone** * **PTO**
