System & Software Engineer

The Focus on People, Collaboration and Commitment are the pillars that guide us in this trajectory. **Join the yellow team as our new System \& Software Engineer!** **Responsibilities:** * Lead the design, development, and maintenance of front\-end and back\-end applications for production operations management and reporting. * Manage the full software development lifecycle for historian systems (documentation, version control, testing, CI/CD, releases). * Build scalable, reusable, and secure data and application interfaces, aligned with cybersecurity guidelines. * Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues with strong troubleshooting skills. * Provide technical support and ensure smooth operation of applications for business users. * Develop process automation and ensure 24/7 availability, responsiveness, and reliability of systems. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions. * Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute innovative ideas for continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field (Master’s/PhD preferred). * 3\+ years of experience in industrial/manufacturing environments developing software solutions. * Strong proficiency in .NET, C\#, JavaScript, T\-SQL, and Python; experience with enterprise software development, architecture, design patterns, and scalability. * Experience with SQL Server, GE Proficy Historian, InfluxDB, RabbitMQ, Grafana. * Knowledge of SCADA and control systems (iFIX, Siemens PCS7, DeltaV, etc.), Azure infrastructure, OT/IT environments, networking, and security. * Previous experience in cross\-functional, global teams across different time zones. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, excellent communication, and a results\-driven mindset. * Prior experience with GE Proficy Historian is a strong plus. **Important information:** * On\-site work model in Bangalore. **Apply for this opportunity in our** **website****! \=)** Poderá encontrar o anúncio original publicado em: https://www.itjobs.pt/oferta/507018/system\-software\-engineer
