Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback to peers. Design and develop the architecture for complex Multi\-Agent Systems (MAS), defining the roles, objectives, and interactions of each individual agent using Python. Create and implement the core logic (primarily in Python) for specialized AI agents, such as planning agents, data analysis agents, integration agents, or decision\-making agents. **What we'd like to see in a candidate:** Must\-Have's Experience designing and implementing Agent/LLM Architectures. **Strong English communication skills (C1 or C2\):** Essential for participating effectively in meetings with stakeholders and contributing to high\-level discussions within a global team. **Strong self\-management capabilities:** Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain clear communication with the team. **Proactive mindset:** Focus on delivering high\-quality results in a time\-critical and fast\-paced environment.
