Senior Fullstack Engineer (React)

**About The Opportunity** We are building a game\-changing platform in the Information Security Compliance space and are looking for a talented Senior Full\-Stack Engineer to play a key role in shaping our responsive web application. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies, collaborate closely with Product and Design teams, and set new standards for usability, scalability, and security in the compliance market. **Responsibilities** * Build responsive, high\-quality web applications using state\-of\-the\-art technologies. * Collaborate with Product \& Design to assess feasibility, define solutions, and design scalable system architectures. * Translate product requirements into robust frontend and backend specifications and deliver elegant solutions. * Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices, including testing, Infrastructure\-as\-Code, and CI/CD. * Ensure codebases and solutions are secure, scalable, and operable, with a strong focus on quality. * Communicate technical ideas effectively to both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Maintain compliance with the company’s Information Security and Privacy standards. **Required Qualifications** * Fluent written and spoken English. * Experience as a Full\-Stack Engineer, with strong emphasis on frontend development and user experience. * Proficiency in React and deep understanding of UI/UX principles. * Experience with DevOps practices, infrastructure basics, and CI/CD pipelines. * Previous experience in an early\-stage startup, building products from the ground up. * Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices (e.g., TDD, code reviews, design documentation). * Experience working in cross\-functional teams with Product and Design. * Understanding of mobile\-first development and responsive design. * Interest in compliance and security domains.
