Sr Five9 Engineer

We’re seeking a highly skilled **Senior Five9 Engineer** with extensive experience in designing and implementing complex contact center workflows, IVRs, and scripting for multi\-site deployments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and optimize large\-scale Five9 workflows, including custom IVRs and scripts tailored to unique business requirements. * Lead the technical deployment of multi\-contact center systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. * Collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams (Operations, IT, Customer Support) to identify and address business needs. * Maintain compliance with E911 regulations while implementing solutions for emergency response systems. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Five9 platform performance or configuration. * Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers, sharing best practices and advanced troubleshooting techniques. **Requirements:** * **3\+ years of experience** working with Five9, including configuring workflows, IVRs, and custom scripts. * Proven track record of successful implementations for **multi\-contact center deployments** . * Strong knowledge of **E911 emergency response systems** . Experience working with RedSky would be a plus * Hands\-on experience with system integrations (e.g., CRM platforms, third\-party APIs). * Exceptional problem\-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience with cloud environments and infrastructure design. * Familiarity with VoIP, SIP protocols, and telecommunications systems. * Certification in Five9 technologies or equivalent. * Medical/hospital. * CRM/Epic Experience. * Verint/WVM/WFO experience. * IVA experience. * Outbound dialing experience a big plus!
