This role focuses primarily on the **backend** (preferably in **Python** ), but may occasionally support **frontend** components, as expected in a dynamic, early\-stage startup environment. The ideal candidate is self\-driven, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity with a hands\-on, problem\-solving mindset. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs. * Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define, design, and ship new features. * Contribute ideas to improve product performance, functionality, and user experience. * Take full ownership of deliverables — from architecture to deployment. * Work across the stack when needed, supporting frontend integration. * Participate in technical discussions, bringing both depth and perspective to product decisions. * Build and maintain **AI agents or AI\-driven features** , ensuring reliability and continuous improvement. **What We’re Looking For** * **5\+ years of backend development experience** , ideally in fast\-paced startup environments. * **Strong proficiency in Python** (experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI). * Experience designing and maintaining **AI agents or AI\-driven systems** . * Solid understanding of system design, debugging, and scalable architecture. * Strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work. * Advanced English communication skills (you’ll interact daily with your teammates in English). * Collaborative mindset.
