Conhecimentos Técnicos Desejáveis * More than \+ 5 years of experience in a Global Projects, Enhancements or AMS Support * Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross\-functional teams. * Problem\-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify problems, analyze data, and propose solutions. * Support and interact with diverse teams across multiple locations and time zones. * Interact with a cross\-functional team to solve problems and gather requirements. * Should be able to track incidents, service requests, change requests to make sure SLAs are met.
