To find out more visit **www.lenovo.com** and read about the latest news via our **StoryHub**. ### **Description and Requirements** **SAP Digital Operations Engineer** **Role Summary** We are seeking a **SAP Digital Operations Engineer** to support daily IT operations across **Supply Chain Procurement and Logistics** functions. This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing SAP ECC/S4 systems (primarily MM/SD modules) and related applications, while also contributing to ongoing **digital transformation and AI\-driven initiatives**. The ideal candidate combines strong SAP operations experience with a passion for continuous improvement, data\-driven decision\-making, and emerging digital technologies. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide end\-to\-end operational support for **SAP ECC/S4 MM/SD modules** and connected systems. * Troubleshoot and resolve user and system issues, delivering timely and effective solutions. * Offer guidance to users on system functionality, configuration, and process best practices. * Collaborate closely with cross\-functional IT and business teams to ensure smooth operations and system integration. * Identify and implement opportunities to **automate and enhance operational efficiency** through AI and digital tools. * Participate in testing, system enhancements, and configuration changes to support evolving business needs. * Maintain accurate documentation of processes, system configurations, and resolution procedures. * Contribute to the development of **AI Operations capabilities** within the SAP environment. **Qualifications** * **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field. * **3–5\+ years of experience** supporting or implementing SAP MM or SD modules (experience in both preferred but not required). * Strong understanding of **system configuration, front\-end operations**, and integration tools such as **IDoc/EDI**. * Technical skills in **ABAP, Java, Python, or Splunk** are advantageous. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Fluent in English with a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly. * Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and teamwork. * Willingness to work **in shifts** as needed. * Hybrid work environment — expected to be **on\-site 3 days per week**. **Additional Locations**: * Brazil
