This is a hands\-on role where you will take ownership of critical services, develop new features, and ensure the stability and efficiency of our backend architecture. You’ll work with **PHP, Laravel, PostgreSQL, and AWS** , collaborating closely with frontend, QA, product, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless, high\-quality healthcare solutions. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make architectural decisions, implement performance optimizations, and support integration with third\-party APIs. You will also be responsible for debugging complex issues, automating tests, and improving CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast and reliable releases.
