If you’re ready to do the best the most exciting work of your career and push the boundaries of what tech can do for businesses, we want to meet you. ● Design, build, and maintain custom automation workflows using Make.com, n8n, and Zapier. ● Develop, enhance, and maintain full\-stack web applications (frontend \+ backend). ● Architect, implement, and maintain database schemas and data models, with emphasis on scalable Postgres structures. ● Integrate APIs, databases, and third\-party tools into scalable systems. ● Translate business goals into technical specifications and implementation plans. ● Troubleshoot automation and application issues; proactively identify solutions and ship improvements autonomously. ● Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to clarify requirements and deliver strong outcomes. ● Document systems, data models, and architectural decisions clearly and consistently. ● Continuously improve system reliability, speed, and maintainability. ● Demonstrate ongoing use of AI/LLM tools in daily workflow to enhance productivity and solution quality. ● Stay current with emerging tools, architectural approaches, and industry best practices. Requirements ● 3\+ years of full\-stack development experience. ● Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript. ● Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, etc.). ● Backend experience with Node.js. ● Strong experience with database architecture (schema design, indexing, modeling, migrations). ● Expertise with Postgres (query optimization, data modeling, performance tuning). ● Proven experience building workflow automations in Make.com, n8n, and/or Zapier. ● Strong understanding of API design, authentication, and integration. ● Ability to work with limited direction and take full ownership of solutions. ● Strong communication skills; able to interact with clients and internal stakeholders. ● Organized, reliable, accountable; delivers consistent quality. ● Strong problem\-solving and systems\-thinking mindset. ● Demonstrated experience using AI tools in development and daily work.
