Fullstack Engineer (TypeScript)

If you're someone who thrives in a fast\-paced tech environment and enjoys working with modern tools like **NestJS, Next.js,** and cloud services this is your chance to build great software with a passionate team. **Your Role** As a Fullstack Engineer at Radity, you'll work on complex and impactful applications using TypeScript across the stack. Were especially interested in candidates with strong backend skills in NestJS, but frontend\-focused engineers with Next.js experience are also welcome especially those eager to grow their backend skills. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript (NestJS, Next.js, React). * Integrate with REST APIs and third\-party services. * Collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers across the globe. * Ensure application quality through code reviews and testing. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production environments. * Contribute to architectural decisions and suggest improvements. * Support and mentor junior developers as needed. **What We're Looking For** * 4\+ years of professional experience in software engineering. * Fluency in English (written and spoken) B2\+ level or higher. * Strong proficiency in TypeScript and backend development with NestJS (or similar frameworks). * Solid experience with frontend frameworks like Next.js and React. * Familiarity with TypeORM, SQL, and PostgreSQL. * Good understanding of networking fundamentals and web application security. * Hands\-on experience with cloud environments (especially AWS) is a big plus. * A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a love for clean code. **What's In It for You** * A remote\-first role where you can work from anywhere. * Hands\-on experience with cutting\-edge technologies and real\-world challenges. * Supportive teammates who value quality, learning, and growth. * Opportunities to shape architecture and technical direction. * Flexible hours and a collaborative, open culture. * Support for certifications, learning resources, or professional development.
