Back End Developer

Our platform handles millions of monthly interactions and is built by a tight, engineering\-driven team that moves fast and solves real problems. **Role Description** We are looking for a Back\-end Engineer with strong Go experience. This is a full\-time hybrid role based in São Paulo. You will work on the core backend services that power our AI platform, design and maintain scalable server\-side logic, optimize performance, and integrate with internal and external systems. You’ll collaborate closely with our tooling, AI, and DevOps teams to ship reliable, well\-structured services in a Kubernetes environment. **Qualifications** Must have: * 3\+ years of backend engineering experience * Strong hands\-on experience with Go * Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices * Good knowledge of REST APIs and API design * Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases * Familiarity with event\-driven systems (queues, pub/sub) * Experience with Docker or Kubernetes * Strong problem\-solving and communication skills Nice to have: * Experience with Python or Node.js * Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) * Interest in AI and high\-scale systems
