Python Developer - SR/PL

**Important Information** **Location:** Brazil **Job Mode:** Full\-time **Work Mode:** Work from home **Job Summary** As a Python Developer, it is expected that the ideal candidate understands a broad range of computer science concepts and their applicability. This person can dive deeply into a wide range of technical problems, offering suggestions and feedback to their team and can also help to understand the requirements, and translate to an architectural design and help to plan and implement this solution for those requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Actively support the development teams; * Mentor less experienced team members; * Drive team to innovate and deliver roadmap features with agility and high quality; * Digest requirements from product team and work on solutions with performance and scalability features for cloud systems; * Development of new features; * Raise and discuss trade\-offs of different design approaches by elaborating detailed design documents; * Participation in the complete cycle of development from requirements gathering, development, and testing; * Participation in technical discussions with customers; * Perform code reviews; * Conduct yourself as a trusted technical advisor; * Follow agile processes and participate actively in all development phases. **Essential Skills** * Experience leading development teams; * Proficiency with development in Python versions 2 and 3; * Experience with pyTest; * Experience with Linux environments, CLI commands, Shell Script and logs; * Experience with Docker; * Experience with Jenkins; * Experience with GIT; * Experience with Github, GIT, code; * Knowledge of Agile development (e.g. using Scrum, Kanban, etc.). **Highly Desirable Skills** * NETCONF/YANG. **About Encora** Encora is the preferred digital engineering and modernization partner of some of the world’s leading enterprises and digital native companies.
