Senior Fullstack Engineer (Remote)

**About The Opportunity** Gap is urgently seeking a **Senior Fullstack Engineer.** This is a high\-impact position that requires strong technical expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands\-on engineer who can guide the team technically, mentor developers, and drive engineering excellence across the stack. **Responsibilities** * Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering high standards of execution. * Collaborate with cross\-functional partners, including the Scrum Master and product stakeholders, to ensure efficient delivery. * Contribute as a hands\-on Fullstack developer across frontend and backend systems. * Make architectural and design decisions across the stack (Angular.js, Java, Spring Boot, databases). * Ensure code quality, scalability, and reliability in all development efforts. * Identify and resolve complex technical issues in a fast\-paced environment. * Communicate effectively with technical and non\-technical stakeholders. **Required Qualifications** * Strong fullstack development experience with: Angular.js Typescript Java Spring Boot MongoDB Azure SQL Kubernetes * Proven experience in a technical leadership role guiding mid\-/senior\-level engineers. * Strong mentoring abilities and experience influencing engineering best practices. * Excellent problem\-solving skills and the ability to drive decisions under pressure. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Nice To Have Skills** * Prior experience working in large\-scale enterprise environments. * Experience leading distributed or hybrid teams. * Familiarity with cloud\-native architectures or DevOps workflows. * Background in retail, e\-commerce, or similar fast\-paced domains.
