About StayFi StayFi combines IoT and marketing technology for the vacation rental industry (think Airbnb hosts). With our product, vacation rental managers can create a meshable WiFi guest network with a custom\-branded WiFi login page that collects guest information. Our software lets them monitor their network remotely and integrates with their marketing tools to help them build relationships with their guests and grow their business. Over the past 5 years, we’ve built our business from the ground up without the help of large investors. This means we’re growing a sustainable business and we run it independently. We’re a small team so each team member has a big impact on our product and business. And we’re creating tools that our customers truly love. About You * You’re a full stack Ruby on Rails developer with 3\+ years of experience. * You’re a product\-minded engineer with a pragmatic approach to building software. * You write expressive readable and maintainable code instead of just hacking together something that only works. * You’re curious about IoT, WiFi and building sophisticated 3rd party API integrations. * You want to learn how a business operates and get exposure beyond just writing code. About the Role * Write full stack code using Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, Javascript and deploy it via Heroku. * Work with the CTO to break down large projects into small shippable slices and execute on those projects. * Build API integrations with 3rd party software providers * Create intelligent scripts and integrations to automate WiFi management tasks * Create and review pull requests in Github.
