**ADP is hiring a Full Stack Developer \- Ventures.** * Are you empathetic to client needs and inspired by transformation and impacting the lives of millions of people every day? * Are you looking to join a dynamic, inclusive team environment with a culture of collaboration and belonging? **What You'll Do** Here's what you can expect on a typical day: **Agile Delivery** * Join a Scrum team; take well\-scoped stories to completion with guidance. * Participate in planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives; ask clarifying questions. * Pair program and learn from code reviews; iterate quickly on feedback. **Engineering Excellence** * Build UI and APIs using React \+ TypeScript and PHP/Lavarel; write unit tests. * Work with SQL (PostgreSQL) and basic ORM usage; follow coding standards. * Learn CI/CD, trunk\-based development, and observability basics; fix small bugs. **Continuous Learning** * Absorb team patterns and architecture; keep a learning log. * Join lunch\-and\-learns; explore new tools under mentorship. * Practice clear, concise written updates and demo your work. **Skills \& Expertise That Matter** * Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node, PHP/Lavarel, SQL. * Git basics; awareness of CI/CD and cloud (AWS is a plus). * Bonus: familiarity with React Router, Next.js, AWS Lambda, or mobile UI. * Growth mindset, reliability, and strong communication. **EXTRAS THAT MAKE YOU SHINE** * Portfolio/GitHub with small but polished projects. * Curiosity about product outcomes and user experience. * Proactive collaborator who seeks feedback and unblocks early.
