Full Stack - Senior Rails Engineer (Anywhere in LATAM)

If you're seeking new challenges, keep reading! **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, test and maintain Ruby on Rails applications. * Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams using the API first paradigm to design and implement APIs * Make sure the application delivers high performance, stability, and scalability * Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing and troubleshooting. * Support and mentor team members while encouraging collaboration and continuous learning. * Implement automated testing frameworks to improve software quality and reliability. * Proactively identify and fix issues impacting speed, security, or system efficiency **Requirements:** * 5\+ years of software development experience (working with Ruby on Rails). * Strong understanding of relational databases (such as PostgreSQL and MySQL) and experience with database design and optimization. * Understanding of background job processing systems * Knowledge of RESTful API design and development. * Familiarity with cloud platforms. * Strong experience or solid knowledge with frontend technologies such as TypeScript, React, Next.js * Advanced English level (B2 or higher).
