Senior Front-End Developer (React)

We are looking for a highly skilled Front\-End Developer with strong expertise in React.js to join our dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building intuitive, responsive, and high\-performance user interfaces, working closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Experience with Java and Spring Boot is a plus, but the role is primarily focused on frontend development. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain high\-quality, scalable, and visually appealing frontend applications using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6\+). * Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into engaging user interfaces. * Implement reusable components, responsive layouts, and maintainable code structures. * Integrate frontend applications with backend services and RESTful APIs. * Optimize applications for maximum speed, accessibility, and cross\-browser compatibility. * Write clean, testable, and well\-documented code, following industry best practices and coding standards. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering processes. * Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, frontend tools, and React ecosystem innovations. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles. * Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6\+). * Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API. * Familiarity with integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs. * Experience with version control tools such as Git. * Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library). * Understanding of modern build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, or similar). * Strong attention to detail, problem\-solving skills, and ability to work in cross\-functional teams. **Nice To Have Skills** * Experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend integration. * Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, or UI frameworks (Material UI, Chakra, Tailwind CSS, etc.). * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure). * Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
