As a Lead Full\-Stack Developer, you will drive the architecture, development, and delivery of both web and mobile applications using NextJS, Expo, and TypeScript. You will lead a team of engineers, mentor developers, and collaborate directly with clients to ensure product vision and technical excellence. This role requires balancing hands\-on development with strategic oversight, delivering scalable, high\-quality solutions across platforms while maintaining seamless communication and strong project organization.
