iSeries Developer (AS/400)

Mandatory Requirements We are looking for an iSeries (AS/400\) Developer with 3–7\+ years of hands\-on development experience. The candidate must have a strong command of CLLE and RPGLE (including modern free\-form RPG), and should be proficient in SQL on the IBM i platform, including DDL, DML, performance tuning, and query optimization. A solid understanding of iSeries/AS400 system fundamentals, job queues, file structures, and libraries is essential. The candidate should also possess the ability to read, analyze, and modify existing codebases, along with strong problem\-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and the capability to work independently as well as in a team are required. Desirable Requirements Experience with the GMI application is highly beneficial. Familiarity with modern IBM i tools, APIs, or integration technologies is advantageous. Experience working in Agile or hybrid development environments is desirable. Knowledge of change management tools such as Turnover, Aldon, Jira, or similar is a plus.
